How Can I Unlock A Phone For Free?

I have At&t and I despise my phone. I had T mobile when I worked for them and I still have my phone. I want to use my ancient phone but I dont have the service any more. So they wont unlock my phone. It is a moto V300. I like this phone. Can someone help me?

if the service is at&t you can’t use a t mobile phone. it won’t work. you can probably look for ways to unlock the phone on the internet but depending where /what state, there are places that will unlock your phone for a fee. no one will do it for free or you can find a similar phone w/at&t
